What experience the individual and family of patients with cardiovascular difficulties?

This research identifies the main themes and internal states of heart disease experience in individuals families patients with cardiovascular difficulties.It is applied terms purpose methodologically qualitative phenomenological. Its population admitted to Baqiyatallah Azam Hospital. It includes who had a long severe chronic illness this area (or without illness). We performed in-depth semi-structured interviews 6 CCU ward Al-Azam With introducing 4 family members participants, number people whom we worked until final stages reached 10 (two participants refused introduce their members). analyzed data using methods proposed by Van Manen Colaizzi.According results, experiencing are initial (malfunction) difficulty, conditions related disease, family's atmosphere governing participant's life before last slices perceived changes after disease. Regarding difficulty (dysfunction), sub-themes include reported symptoms, type diagnosis, duration illness.
